I have not installed any extra kext to the library folder, just the EFI drive in the other folder. I what the different settings did and I thought the same thing, that detect should work as you say. But my internet (ethernet/wifi) work a lot better with it on yes. So im not sure what happened...
I got the file from you guide, under miscellaneous for the T9E AC1900. For testing speed i am using speedtest.net, when you google speed test, and fast.com. also comparing website loads and downloading the same file on both OS. these speed where the average between the various speedtest sites...
my network is an iphone, chromecast and google homes and my hackintosh running mac/windows. So as far as i know no jumbo frames. the ethernet port is set to auto under hardware.
Nope. I removed the T9E wifi card and the ethernet speed is still really slow. I event tried both ports, but im using the one close to the audio ports as my main ethernet.
I have tried but haven't found much. The ehtenet is also very slow but I used all the kext and files you had for download and followed your guide. Not sure what went wrong.
I removed small tree and it didnt fix my wifi or ethernet. I have IntelMausi.kext installed, I will try switching it to IntelMausiEthernet to see if that changes anything
fast.com, speedtest.net, the speed test when you google speedtest, also when downloading the same file in windows vs mac it takes a lot longer to download in mac

TASCAM US-1800: works 90% of the time. Drivers are never updates. If it doesn't work then you just have to restart your computer and then it works just fine. Product is now discontinued.
TASCAM US-16x08: Same as the other interface...
My MB is Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD7 TH. The past few months the USB have been randomly disconnecting. Some days it's perfect and then others I have to restart the computer a few times to get the USBs to stay. I have two external hooked up to USB 3 in the back and they don't seem to be bothered by it...
I did all the steps listed and it worked...that was about a month ago but today when I went into messages it gave me the customer code screen again. Anyone else get that? Did apple update something? I'm still running 10.9.4.
Thanks
