I've been reading up on the mods I can make and came up with an idea I don't even know will work.
I am going to remodel the inside of a DVD drive that I have right now to act as a hot swap for a 2.5" HDD. I was hunting around and found an IR proximity module that is made for the Arduino boards...

Only problem I see is I can't find anywhere to buy it.
I want to use the stock G5 back fan mount and grills on my mod. I also want to water cool my CPU. Has anyone found a water cooling radiator that fits the back fan plastic mount? 100mm x 190mm
I found these that Kinda work better than the normoral square ones...
I have seen several occasions where people were able to buy a wiring kit to hook up the old I/O to the new ATX mobo. I don't have this I/O card. The one in my G5 is a direct contact with the mobo type.
I need suggestions and help to make this work.
Could you post more pictures with the drives installed, the wiring, and how it works the hatch? Maybe a vid of it working if possible?
