    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

@CaseySJ Per your advise I changed from iMac20,2 to iMacPro1,1 by 1) copying my config and renaming to config_iMac20,2; 2) Changed my config to have iMacPro1,1 w/new serial, board, ROM etc.; 3: Signed out of apple icloud services; 4) Signed in via web to icloud / devices and removed my "iMac"...

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

I am having all sorts of "new issues" since clean install, so I am trying to troubleshoot them one at a time, one led to a interesting outcome. In trying to fix my appletv/music not working, in bios I set under i/o>internal graphics>enabled (it was in auto) rebooted and voila Facetime is...

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

So interestingly enough, I had to retrograde to BigSur(upgraded to 11.6.1), after an upgrade debacle. The clean install with my 0.7.0 OC EFI for some reason no longer lets me watch AppleTV or Apple Music Videos. However, in trying to get it to work, I set my iGPU to "Enabled" (it had been in...

I have a Vision G with a Intel 10850K, and I could NOT upgrade OC from 0.7.0 to 0.7.4+ with any success, I thank the folks here for the MINI GUIDE that got me booting. Does anyone else have issues with iMac20,2 and Facetime showing the "Poor Connection". Is there a fix? 11.6.1

Guide: Multibooting UEFI on Separate Drives

I have 2 different sized NVME, it wasn't an issue for me to pick the right disk to install on... 1tb for win and 2 for mac so I could pick it easily without fear of installing over a good drive. I installed mac first, then I did the install for the win side. hope that helps. everything was...

Guide: Multibooting UEFI on Separate Drives

I would suggest that you use the opencore guide to build a usb stick for your particular machine, most if not all the answers you are inquiring about are covered in the guide, I believe bootstrap is no longer relevant. I actually build a completely new USB EFI Folder for each of the major...
