Ok, I have fixed the issue. I reinstalled my mountain lion using Unibeast 1.7.0 and then used Multibeast 5.3.0 and selected only UserDSDT or DSDT Free installation, the 898 audio kext and then Intel - hnaks AppleIntelE1000e v2.1.7. That fixed it good and proper! Hope this helps.

Its been a long time since i last used my hackintosh for this very reason. still, using -cpus=1 fixes the issue and gives me internet. I am about to reformat and try again in hopes that it will fix my issue. I will post here if it does.
