    [Guide] Dell XPS 15 9560: 4K Touch, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM, 100% AdobeRGB

Bios update 1.9.1 is out and seems to be working fine. Should be safe to update. I've also taken the liberty to attach an up-to-date CLOVER (works with 10.13.4 and all latest macOS updates) and KEXTS folder. CLOVER.zip - Can be used and replace EFI/COLVER (note that only the essential kexts...

Dell XPS 9560, 960 Pro, DW1830 High Sierra

I've used the very same drive without having to patch anything before I switched to the Samsung 960 PRO (which also doesn't require any further patching). As for the Killer wifi, it will not work with macOS. You need to replace the card with DW1560 (2 antennas) to work.

    [Guide] Dell XPS 15 9560: 4K Touch, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM, 100% AdobeRGB

Fair warning to those that picked up on the newly today released BIOS update (1.8.0). Updated to it and it kept panicking, hanging with graphical glitches even outside of OSes (both Windows and macOS). Not sure if its only my machine, but I even downgraded and updated it again to make sure...

the 9360 doesn't have an Nvidia chip. no need to disable anything. In theory(since I do not dual-boot), it wouldn't disable anything (Windows side) unless it's done so from the UEFI BIOS, which isn't the case.

Make sure you follow the steps on page 9 thoroughly. Sounds like BooterConfig and/or CsrActiveConfig aren't set as specified. Also make sure to set all kexts to /L/E using kext wizard or KextBeast. Try to keep your EFI/Clover/kexts/Other folder as clean as possible with only the...

    [Guide] Dell XPS 15 9560: 4K Touch, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM, 100% AdobeRGB

After taking a few months off tinkering with this particular system, I've returned to it last week. Installation was smooth. got all kexts updated and almost everything is working as intended, except for 2 small annoyances. 1. When the machine is hooked up to my USB-C WD15 docking station or...

Just a thought; Try Fn + Esc and then try brightness keys again. Might have locked the Fn options out. Latest from RehabMan: RehabMan-Voodoo-2017-0901.zip I don't use any swipe features since this trackpad is the closest thing to horrid to begin with. Only Secondary click and Tap to Click...
