I just realize from after posting the pics, I used some kernel flags from my previous installation of Snow Leopard and Lion, so I correct myself... Kernel Flags are required for proper bootup to avoid kernel panics.
Have anyone tried these boot flags to resolve the issue?

I found the solution to make it work on my Asus K53SV laptop.
Use flags: PCIRootUID=0 -x -v.
DO NOT use PCIRootUID=1
That would produce the still waiting for root device error if you use PCIRootUID=1.
