I bought this BT adapter from post 12 in this thread and it works fine with the Magic Trackpad. Have you considered that it is not the BT hardware that you tried but something else? Software? Motherboard? Does it work plugged in without the dropouts?

Ordered this card. Works without problems or drivers. But the Wifi signal is much weaker then with the TP-Link Archer T9E. Thats a bummer :( But it also works in the BIOS with BT-keyboard.

Does it also work in the BIOS and when booting to WIN without reconnecting etc?
