After finding some advice from another thread booting into -x then opening the App store when in safe mode the apps showed up. Then restarting normally and opening the store once again the apps still show. For how long it will stay I don't know but hopefully it will be fine. *Fingers crossed*
Ok so this is the second time this has happened now so I really don't fancy formatting again.
Basicly back on my old install whenever I would open the app store it would take ages to load and the Purchased and Updates tabs would never show the apps I have installed. After looking in console...
The issue is very well known so don't worry you aren't on your own XD.

This is great. Hopefully it will fix the Fermi freeze of the 500 series cards. I'm home all tomorrow so I will update and check it out and report back :)
Pretty sure a new 660 will be fine (Especially if you got one on the reccomended build lists.). The thing with 10.8.3 is I'm pretty sure it brings better support for the 600(kepler) series cards and has somehow broken support for the 500 series cards(fermi)

Found this problem a while back, it effects 10.8.3 even more but if you are on the latest Nvidia drivers on 10.8.2 you will also receive this problem. Either use the Apple default 10.8.2 drivers which I'm pretty sure worked fine or go to this post and patching your AppleGraphicsPowerManagement...
Got me 2x Samsung SA700's a while back when they were clearing stock as they discontinued the monitor.
120Hz with half decent 3D (Which tbh I din't buy them for) for £140 each. Bargin if I do say so my self :)
