Try this one, diskutil list -> it will show you all available disks and volumes, search for your NTFS drive (it will be something like this /dev/disk2s1 for example) mkdir ~/Desktop/NTFS sudo umount /Volumes/{Volume name} sudo mount -t ntfs -o rw,auto, nobrowse /dev/disk{X}s{Y} ~/Desktop/NTFS It...

    Is Sierra stable enough

Hi guys, i'm using El Capitan, as a main OS for my Laptop (G710) and i've manage to make it stable enough. My question is, whether Sierra is already stable enough. Did i have to re-patch my SSDT/DSDT. I'm asking because in Common Problems Thread still have some unsolved problems. Are they...

    Bios Lenovo G70-80 DVMT Mod

Actually it can be done without soldering enything, the pins just needed to be shorted together upon boot. But really if you don't have experience with those things it is not good idea at all to mess with the bios. Year ago i decide to whitelist my bios and many problems appeared after. But it...

    Bios Lenovo G70-80 DVMT Mod

If you are not afraid of experimenting with your computer you can try this method, in other words, it is something like a backdoor. BTW reflash BIOS with SPI programmer and clips is not so hard and expensive. Clips with programmer are about 15$. It is 30-60 mins work :) BUT if you don't know...

    Random reboots.

Yes you are right... still the same error. I guess it was just pure luck i didn't get kernel panic for couple of hours. Any idea why is this KP keep pop up? Svilens-MacBook-Pro:~ svilenivanov$ kextstat | grep -y acpiplat 13 2 0xffffff7f82ac3000 0x60000 0x60000...

    Random reboots.

Well after some testing i realise that the problem with the reboots is not about the USB. It is something with the processor, i try to start the system with arch=x86_64 flag and now it looks like everything is running well without any problems. Even the CPU temperature fell by 5-6 degrees while...

    Random reboots.

Actually it works but i apply the patch in SSDT-6. Now ioreg shows only one PNLF method and brightness works.

    Random reboots.

This is my panic report from last unexpected reboot, i hope can help with fixing the problem. The Brightness fix doesn't work if i apply it in DSDT. Now I remember why I had two PNLF methods, one in DSDT and one in SSDT-6. This one in SSDT-6 fix the problem with the Brightness. Now i start with...

    Random reboots.

About the PNLF, maybe because of messy DSDT. I think i apply some patches more than once. So i have to start all over again with the DSDT. Will try to use USB3 port and will post result. Where i can check for panic reports. In system logs there is nothing about panic/kernel-panic.

    Random reboots.

Just fixed the brightness keys. I will try to fix AppleHDA now. And still the same problem with usb, reboots some times when i copy files to usb drive.

    Random reboots.

Ok, i will fix it now. So i guess HS02 is still the same USB3 port, but act like USB2? Is that right? After last few fixes i don't have problem with sleep mode any more. So i will test the USB if is work properly, usually when i try to make USB installer with uniBeast reboots the machine while...
