The Z790 ProArt has a wifi M.2 but it is located at the same spot where the wifi antenna is. You need to open the 2 screes under the board to get to it. I changed my to the Broadcom version
My Audio works through HDMI with no issues, sleep/wake for me is also via the power button, unfortunately there is no fix that I know as yet, my wifi and bluetooth works fine for me in Sonoma if you follow my EFI and use OCLP to patch the modern wifi. I am using Fenvi T919
Similar issues on my Z790 ProArt, fans run high on login screen. I just ignore it as temps are good and PC runs cold. What made it easier was I changed my fans from the MB to the Cosair Commander Pro controller and now it's less frequent.
No issues with Z790 ProArt. USB and both NICs work as it should. I will share the EFI when I get home later but it was really easy. I downloaded @CaseySJ EfI from Post 1, downloaded the latest OpenCore files from Dortania site, created all my SSDT and ACPI patches in Windows using SSDTTime...
The only difference was the boards, same EFI used to boot both systems with same SSDT's except that for the ProArt I added the Thunderbolt SSDT. I used configured both boards exactly the way @CaseySJ advised in post 1 and have had no issues. Just make sure to update all kexts etc and maybe if...

Try this. You had plenty wrong with config, securebootmodel was supposed to be set to disable, csr-active-config was to be set to 03080000 in NVRAM-add and in nvram-delete, you did not delete csr-active-config, the IO kexts were disabled - now enabled, Also change setapfstrimtimeout in Kernel to...
I also have this exact board and this is how I got this board booted into Ventura and Sonoma.
I downloaded @CaseySJ EFI from the post that was shown by @Leesureone, then downloaded the latest EFI from Dortania from the link below, Matched up my config to Casey's, installed windows 11 on a new...
