Is this thread no longer applicable if you're running on OpenCore? Because my HD 630 graphics aren't being accelerated in Big Sur and I'm looking for a place to start getting help.

I f'ed up everything with my Hackintosh so I'm going to have to let this problem be for the time being until I fix it all.

Hm...your issue sounds like it might fix my problem (I'm running the iMac 12,1 definition with the same card and it does that too). Before I do this, though, am I risking anything like iMessage no longer working before I do (since I think the definition is tied to the serial and NVRAM)?

How do you open the kext?

So I completed the Sierra installation okay. I had to use the nv_disable=1 flag in order to complete it but now that it's installed, the only way I can get any video out of my rig is to use that flag. Otherwise it boots up to a black screen. I put in the latest Nvidia web drivers but it didn't...
