I also have the same issue. everything works perfect but boot time is too long. I have latest 4439 clover and nothing is changed. after boot everything works great.

updated Sierra, after restart I install last .07 web driver and everything works perfect.

I solve this laggy problems with tool from #125 post and install .106 driver. everything is perfect now. thanks again to everyone.

hm, I didn't notice this. I don't know if I should enable manually on apfs like on hfs+.

should I enable trim again after clean install of HS with APFS? thanks.
