I have made some upgrades as well, haven't kept my guide up... Updated to a gtx970 g1 gaming, and may have an accident and updated to 10.10.5 via the App Store... Well now I'm having the same as the above post and can't get it to boot past 1/3 and all my kernels won't load... Troubleshooting now...

My build does not have bluetooth. You can head over to the Buyer's Guide on this site and look at the USB Bluetooth dongles available. I use a Logitech Keyboard (for mac) which uses the unifying reciever USB and not bluetooth. Years ago I found bluetooth devices to be too finicky...
I know with some instances i have had trouble with reliability of USB 3.0 ports, so USB 2.0 is preferred for mouse/keyboard. Theres also a reference in the clover install that says you should try to use USB 2.0 ports for installing if possible.
Are you using USB 2.0 or 3.0 for the wireless? also what kind of keyboard?
I find that 2.0 ports on the back are normally more reliable for my logitech unifying receiver
