Has anyone attempted to upgrade to Catalina using the instructions here yet? I'm not feeling daring today.

That didn't work for me. I would click on the lightning bolt and it would just go back to asking me to authenticate. When I went to re-add the account it would ask for re-login immediately after setting up the account.

If you use G-Suite you may want to hold off on installing 10.14.4. There is an issue with Google accounts de-authenticating and not re-authenticating. My install caught this too. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250259379

It worked without a hitch. One thing I noticed was that I didn't have the "X minutes remaining" screen.

I'm going for it. If I'm not back in an hour assume everything went wrong.

No, I'm still on 10.14.3 with newest Lilu and Whatevergreen. Oddly enough, I reinstalled, got everything up and running, and then about an hour later 10.14.4 was released.

[Guide] Install High Sierra or Mojave on the Dell Optiplex 7010 / 9010 Desktop PC - Revision II

Graphics acceleration was working intermittently and certain videos were freezing the system up. When the new card arrived I put it in a smaller 7010 and did a complete reinstall. Basically, I had a broken garage door and decided to tear the garage down and rebuild it instead of troubleshooting...

Has anyone tried updating to 10.14.4 yet? As an update: I grabbed a different 7010 and used the NVS 510 @trs96 posted a few pages ago instead of onboard video and I'm fully in business now.

I had my graphics go out again. I made no changes. Do you think it's worth trying this card?

[Guide] Install High Sierra or Mojave on the Dell Optiplex 7010 / 9010 Desktop PC - Revision II

I did this and my graphics acceleration seems to be (knock on wood) working now. I am, however, still having the problem where videos in apps completely freeze the computer. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix that? I appreciate everybody in this thread's help, especially jed2, trs96, and...

[Guide] Install High Sierra or Mojave on the Dell Optiplex 7010 / 9010 Desktop PC - Revision II

I did a reinstall and on first boot all the kexts were all installed and ready, graphics acceleration is working. I've rebooted a couple times and all seems to be well. BIOS is all set. I am, however, still having a problem with videos freezing the computer. I've noticed specifically that it...

Here's the Image Server tab. I'm intrigued by this "License Status" disabled screen.

So, I know exactly what I modified in the Framebuffer kext, so I reversed that back. (The guide I found on fixing HD 4000 Graphics said to add a hardware ID to the info.plist file. I removed the hardware ID and rebuilt the index.) Here are all options in my BIOS with the exception of the ones...
