Just installed my Inateck KT4006 a few minutes ago. Connected a USB 3 Card Reader (Rosewill) to its 20-pin port. All works perfectly OOB in OS X 10.11.3.

Smooth and successful update from App Store! Just needed to re-enable TRIM. Core i7-860 / Asus P7P55D-E Pro / Radeon HD 6870 / OCZ Vertex 2 80GB as a system startup drive.
