Hey Vikindap. I have the exact same issue with my older Hackintosh build (look at my profile info). Did you unplug your ethernet cable? The weird thing for me is that my ethernet adapter actually receives an ip address but no app can connect to any server (e.g. Mail, Chrome, terminal, ...)...
Went quite good. I had to add -no_compat_check in Clover and SSDT-EC.aml because my boot process stuck at "apfs_module_start:1683". Patched the Install macOS Catalina app with this guide. Maybe this helps someone.
