Exactly same model and same problems and issues. Downgraded BIOS to F20, switchable graphics turned off, ACPI hard disk, UEFI turned off... Started with ML but hit the wall with it since I couldn't get to the installer, only blink of white screen with apple logo and auto reboot. Tried all 1.5.x...

4530s with 6490M graphics. Tried everything but still can't go beyond apple logo screen flick and automatic rebooting after. Turning switchable graphics of, GraphicsEnabled=No, -v, -x...Nothing. ML USB was made with UniBeast 1.5.2

Exactly the same problem with 4530s and Unibeast 1.5.2. Downloaded Mountain Lion from AppStore, checked laptop in Unibieast settings (later USB Legacy Support too but same thing). UEFI boot mode was disabled, switchable graphics too. First I installed Win7 and problem appeared. Deleted whole...
