Common issue of old Intel wifi like my 3160 AC, disable Bluetooth if possible, see below link, "About platform noise" section
Try disable PCIe ASPM from BIOS first, or add pci-aspm-default = 00000000 to your DeviceProperties, something...
For AppleIntelWifi only not itlwm, it support auto start and wifi switching, some of the plugins scripts modifiy from itlwm auto start script but now itlwm native support load from boot loader, meaningless for itlwm.
What is your wifi model and device-id? 10 series CPU + CNVI wifi not yet supported.
According to your previous attached png, you should able to read Simplified Chinese, AppleIntelWifi v1.2.5 + BitBar package in Simplified Chinese, follow readme.txt instructions step by step.
Main selling point of original package is provide wifi switching without reboot system, when replacing kext to ver 1.2.3, this feature will be lost, if only provide auto connect feature then this package became meaningless.
Never in version 1.2.3

5G network get max performance, BitTorrent test also ok, sometime may drop connection (rarely), not as stable as 2.4G network.
For 3160 AC, BT module always problematic with me (even in...
Use 2.4G network / 11 b/g/n mixed mode / bandwidth 20, BT heavy RX/TX load ok, no issue on my 3160 AC, so far so good.
Yes, but itlwmx native support load from boot loader, does not need load kext manually
Version 1.2.3 seems to be stable than version 1.2.5.
Main breakthrough on ver 1.2.5 is starting to support wifi switching, through auto load script + wifi switching scripts + BitBar.app as wifi UI, does not need edit info.plist any more.
Normally, 1st time extracted file from zip, or kext is copied from local A to B, need below commands
sudo chown -R root:wheel ~/Desktop/AppleIntelWiFi.kext
sudo chmod -R 755 ~/Desktop/AppleIntelWiFi.kext
sudo kextload -v ~/Desktop/AppleIntelWiFi.kext
Later on, if only edit/replace info.plist...
