I followed the guide in the link provided, however the hotpatch/hotplug has not worked either. I've searched the forum as I was told, but to no avail. The audio of the speakers work, the HDMI audio does not. If anyone has another suggestion, I'll happily try it, thanks again guys. :)

Thanks for the reply, but when you mean it's been "patched" do you mean the DSDT errors or the HDMI audio for my machine? Also, if I could get a link to this patch, I'd be grateful.
