Post OS X Luxmark OpenCL Benchmarks

Low geekbench score is kinda a known issue after 10.14.5 However, I see no performance lose what so ever Besides, geekbench is just a benchmark meant for cross platform, but it doesn't reflect the real performance that well IMO

Actually from what I've experienced yours is most likely from Samsung. I suppose you haven't flashed the vBios and yet you've already pushed it to 950 Normally Hynix memories in 56 with 64 vBios's higher voltage is capped around 950 Unless you won the "Hynix lottery" or there's no way a Hynix...

Check your HBM2 vendor with GPU-Z and see whether it's from Hynix or Samsung. If it's from Hynix then sorry you're most likely not gonna get much OC from it. But if it's from Samsung, 1050MHz+ is mostly guaranteed. And if you want to OC your card to it's full potential, flash a Vega 64 vBios...

Vega 64 Ref 10.14.4 1.68Ghz@1.1V+1.05Ghz@1V+150% power Windows 10 w/ same settings I noticed that Vega on macOS tneds to throttle more aggressively than on Windows Within a few seconds after the benchmark starts, the core will lower to like 1.1~1.2Ghz I know it's a reference cooler, but...

Apple-recommended AMD Graphics Cards for eGPU Use - macOS High Sierra 10.13.4+

Well, the reason why Apple opted for AMD is much simpler than others think. AMD has better high res monitor support and better double precision performance, which were barely used in games and mostly benefits for productivity and science softwares. That is what Apple exactly needs, Final Cut and...

    Decent Geekbench Slow Hackintosh, WHY?

Geekbench only tells little about real life performance. I don't believe a benchmark that stresses your CPU at single digit % most of the time can be a any trustable. There are tons of essential elements to make a PC fast. Like a SSD can make your PC multiple times faster but it won't even...
