I did do the F4 Clover method of DSDT+SSDT extraction again with the debug_28374.zip that I attached above, I think the DSDT.dsl initially attached in OP is messed up/wrong file. Thank you for your help
Yes, however I can't apply any of the parseop fix patches, also they don't seem to be addressing these parseop errors in the first place so I guess that's expected
DSDT was extracted from Clover by F4 method, disassembled with refs.txt but even without any patches the DSDT fails to compile with MaciASL (tried several versions of MaciASL) and has 3 errors:
Thank you for your help.
Attached is DSDT.dsl
I think this EFI may be better than my EFI that OP linked. It seems to have more capabilities:

Yeah it worked well for a while but then again I started having problems. Got frustrated and went with Windows for now with an Intel 9260 until I pickup a DW1830 / DW1820A and do hackintosh on this laptop again later
Sleep does NOT work in xigtun's EFI.
Try this EFI (for 4K XPS 15 9570's) https://github.com/kevinshroff/Dell-XPS-15-9570-macOS-Mojave
I based it on @shenlinsl EFI but managed to fix brightness, sleep, and sound. Read the github for more details
@sparc1234 Your solution worked perfectly. I personally did not disable Minimum power consumption (only turned off Wake on Magic Packet and Wake on Pattern Match) and everything is working correctly - no crashes anymore. Thank you!
Thanks, i'll try putting the DW1560 again and install those drivers with your instructions, and also disable Windows Update (i've noticed Windows likes to replace drivers even when I manually choose them)
Hey sparc, are you still using the DW1560 under Windows without crashes? I had my DW1560 working for a few weeks under Windows with no crashes but it started crashing Windows and since then I just swapped back to my Killer 1535.
Sounds good. I'm also thinking about switching to voodooi2c eventually but not right now, as last when I asked voodooi2c only worked under polling mode (more cpu cycles/higher battery usage) for coffee lake CPUs right now until they figure out how to get interrupt mode working for coffee lake...
Thank you!
Tested this Clover folder and it seems to be working well as I have the exact same specs as him. Only thing is that sleep still doesn't work - it wakes up with only a black screen. Does it work for you?
