I haven't yet. Was planning to wait on Nvidia releasing new web drivers and doing a full Mojave upgrade before giving that a shot. Hope I won't have to wait much longer...
Thanks for the update. I just got a Titan Ridge card to see what I can do with Thunderbolt. When I have time I'll give it a try and will update here.
As for the m.2s, I'm dual booting so I've got two slots filled, but unfortunately I was hoping to put in a third as a super fast temp...
I'm curious if you're still running with the same setup or if you found an alternate method. Because I have the same mobo and I would hate to give up one of my m.2 drives in order to install a Thunderbolt card. Are you positive that the lowest m.2 has to be removed? The manual says bandwidth is...
Dang, well that might be the fix I've been looking for all this time! The "solution" that I proposed earlier ended up not working for me in the long run, but digging into the BIOS confirmed that sure enough, my integrated graphics had been re-enabled at some point. So strange that it causes...
And now I must return, with heavy heart, to say that I jumped the gun and I'm back to having the prohibitory symbol on bootup.
In fact, it's gotten so much worse, that after about 10 attempts (including booting to Windows and back to try OS X again), I have not been able to boot into my Mac...
I have the fix for this! Not sure if you've already seen it in my thread you responded to earlier, but here's how to fix this.
Download EFI Mounter, select the correct disk (it will tell you what number your system disk is, so just match the first digit from the list) and mount the EFI...
Awesome! I went ahead and swapped it into my EFI drive. System booted up just fine. Haven't tried it enough times to confirm that the prohibitory symbol errors are gone just yet, but it sure seems promising. I'll keep those watching the thread informed. THANKS!
Have you tried Going Bald's...
So, I went ahead and installed Clover to a spare USB, but the OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi file was nowhere to be found. I'm pretty sure I followed that user's post to the letter, and the drivers64UEFI directory only contained:
FSInject-64.efi
OsxFatBinaryDrv-64.efi
VBoxHfs-64.efi
So I'm really not...
Thanks for all the help.
So looking into that, it looks like the relevant part of the guide would be:
"Others report that replacing EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi with OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi fixes it."
Someone mentioned something about installing Clover onto a spare USB drive...
Okay, so I downloaded EFI Mounter 3 from this link: http://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/efi-mounter-v3.280/
Got the partition up, and it says there's 185.1 MB of available space.
Here is what I got from verbose mode. (see attachment)

So here's something interesting... the EXACT same circumstances I described above happened again today.
Last night I was on my Windows 10 side, shut down the computer, went to bed.
This morning, tried starting up into Mac three times, got the prohibitory symbol all three times.
Booted into...
