The MacBook Air is due for an upgrade this summer. I suspect it will get a Retina display.
Love your thoughts about a Mac mini.
Neat idea about integrating the computer with the mouse, but because of cooling and connectivity issues, it seems integrating it with a keyboard might be an...
Article: Inside MultiBeast: Audio and HDMI Audio
Is there a plan to get the Mute working? Just curious...very thankful for what you guys know and do. :)
Mine still isn't working. I installed using MultiBeast 4.4.0 and included the Non-DSDT HDAEnabler. Progress: At least it shows-up now in the Sound Preferences, but I have no sound. Followed the Troubleshooting advice in the PDF and still no sound. Updated IOReg attached.
Thanks for any help --...

Big kudos...

I also experienced a lot more kernel panics at first, then it seemed to stabilize somewhat. It's a head-scratcher. :crazy...
Place all the files on your Desktop then launch KextBeast.pkg. KextBeast will automagically copy the files to the /System/Library/Extensions directory and set the correct permissions. After you reboot you can delete the files on your Desktop. :)
