I finished up my build yesterday with the March Buyers Guide: Custo MacPro with the Gigabyte UD5 TH and got Multibeast to allow OS X to boot without the thumb drive. I used the No DSDT config and installed all the files from Multibeast but the Audio is not working.
What can I do to fix this...

I ended up grabbing a CPU INTEL|CORE I7 4770K 3.5G... You recommended an I5. Will there be any major differences or complications to grabbing that specific CPU? I did grab it from the March Buyers Guide so I wouldn't think so, but I hope not.
