@cmn699 I have fixed issue no.1 with booting without the usb. I did exactly what you said copy the entire EFI over to the MacOS EFI and it worked I used CC-V to include "nada_drv=1". @cmn699 I have just noticed the Nvidia driver problem I think. I installed the Web Driver, I then sets "OS X Default Graphic Driver" When I change it to "Nvidia Web Driver" it asks for a reboot which I continuously do. End result after reboot it resets back to "OS X Default Graphic Driver"...
