Update:
So I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem more and here's what I've noticed so far.
I have 2 monitors, my main is a 144hz 1440p ultrawide, and my second is a 60hz 4K TV. If I play the game on the 4K there is no stuttering, so it's only on the ultrawide. Also, if I turn on V sync...
I appreciate the work. Unfortunately, that didn't fix it. However, I a few times that I tried to play the game the last few days the stuttering was absent. It returned today though. So I'm not sure what could be causing it cause I can't think of anything that was different the past few days to...
I do, when I first built the system they said my mobo's built-in wifi(Intel) wouldn't work for whichever OS it was on back then and that I needed a wifi card.
Hey All,
I just did a fresh install of Sonoma and noticed that when I'm playing World of Warcraft there is some constant stuttering. For instance, Every few seconds It'll just freeze for maybe one second. It might also be helpful to note that when the screen pauses the coil wine from the GPU...
You absolute LEGEND!!!! Worked like a charm and even fixed a few other issues I was having. What exactly was the problem and how did this fix it??
Thanks!
Hey all,
I'm having a problem where if I try to fresh install MacOS Sonoma and apply the wifi fix I am not able to run Dropbox. Unfortunately, I use Dropbox for almost everything with my work so I really need to try and get it to work, but I'm clueless as to where to begin. If I try to install...
Update: So this is getting weird. I was randomly able to boot (WITH WEB DRIVERS) after using the commands "cpus=1, -liluoff, and NV_disable=1. Which made no since because the web drivers somehow did load. However, even if I try adding or removing the newest lilu.kext the only way i could boot is...
So I've gotten 10.13.3 mostly installed, but I can't for the life of me get it running stable with my CPU. The only way I can get it to boot is with some variation of "cpus=". Usually I can boot with cpus=1, but only have one cpu thread active. Sometimes, however, I can boot with cpus=10 and at...
So I've gotten High Sierra mostly up and running. The one issue I can't seem to figure out is how to utilize all 6 cpu cores. I can't boot without cpus=1 hince why I can only utilize 1 core. I installed with clover, but have also tried installing multibeasts 6-core cpu driver with no luck. If I...
Update: I tried putting lilu.kext in Other folder with the other kexts and now the boot bar will get to the very end and just go black and stay that way. Even with -liluoff and NV_disable=1.
Thanks for the reply! so -liluoff got me to boot and the first thing I did was go ahead and update nvidia drivers, but after installing those and restarting it now tried to reboot at the very end of the loading bar. So now I have to boot using -liluoff and NV_disable=1. So first things first...
So while trying to boot into the final stage of installing High Sierra verbose mode stops at "unsupported CPU for reporter." It will also so "service exited with abnormal code 1" a lot also. It didn't do it, however, when I was booting into the install key. Only now when I try to boot to the SSD...
So I just downloaded the latest sierra update (title says 10.13.3 but that was wrong) thinking it would be no different than any other update, just a quick restart with only needing to update nvidia drivers. However, after restarting, my hackintosh goes into a kernal panic and tries to reboot...
