Today I received my Vega 64 Sapphire Nitro+, and added it to my build. It's all working with the vega 64 and 56 fix now. But the fans are still constantly spinning at around 1100 rpm and benchmarking results from cinebench are quite a bit lower compared to windows. Does anyone know of a fix...

Is it possible to create an SSDT that activates all USB ports but what also keeps the intel CNVi bluetooth module working? BTW, as long as the Intel CNVi is working (so without the ssdt disabling it), sleep is not working. Is this normal?

That is exactly how it works indeed. Bluetooth from CNVi was working perfectly right before post-installation. After adding SSDT's to ACPI it stopped working. But when removing the single "SSDT-UIAC-DESIGNARE-Z390-V3.aml" file from ACPI, booting into windows and switching it all on and off a few...
