That is so horrendously wrong that I suggest you educate yourself about about APFS and the features introduced with it. trs' primer above will make a good start.

That looks like like you have no Accel. I'm assuming it also says "Metal supported: no" in your profiler.
Identifying & injecting the correct framebuffer is key, but I only have pre-R AMDs (Hamachi for my 7950s)

So some interesting observation from my upgrades (3 very different machines, all with primary SSD, same results)
I partition OS and User separately on all my hacks (too many reinstalls in the early days). I upgraded with APFS ... but it only upgraded the OS partition to APFS. It left the user...
Actually it's not showing up "just fine" 8xxx points to a not properly identified framebuffer and possibly not using HW acc.
Have you tried identifying which framebuffer matches your card and injecting that via Clover?
Beta 2 is a non-boot for me as well. Beta 1 worked fine.
I see my network driver (1000e) failed to load and then a full screen complaining about "launchd Failed to remove directory dyld_shared_cache_x"
