I just finished my first build and run into this problem too. I have the same issue described for iTunes and being unable to stream Netflix or Hulu on safari. I currently run Mojave.- rocketeer

iTunes and safari video streaming not working
I just created my first Hackintosh. So far everything has been going smoothly. I decided to try Mojave (10.14.2) and see if my GPU (Quadro K4000) could run properly.
