I know that only one hdmi port works in your GPU. In the config.plist you have to set video port to 5 because your GPU have five port. I setted 3 because my Gtx is the version with 1 hdmi 1 dp and 1 dvi

Maybe is the Vga convertor... Did you try to use displayport ? How many port your Gpu have? Nvidia Driver are correctly installed?
