Here is an update I redid the EFI setup and redid the BIOS setup and miraculously with nothing different than what was there before just a redo of exactly what was there it booted and has run perfectly since even updated to Ventura. Thanks for all of the assistance
Thank you I was able to play around and get it to boot finally the system is flawless now however I have an old z97 that I am having bluetooth issues with now. LOL If its not Ione thing its another.

Hey bro can I see your current EFI as I am stumped as get the same error just a lot earlier in the boot process. So updated my BIOS to latest version f20b but due to doing so many changes trying o chase my tail I would like a copy of a working refi to start with .
Tried your suggestion however I am still not booting. I am almost pulling my hair out as the machine was butter smooth before it is painful as now I am sure its a setting causing the issue as I put my backup windows disk in and it booted right up so hardware works fine. ARRRRGGGGGGGGG

I am using Monterey 12.5.1 I am presently trying to work through it however I only get 2 ports being active when the computer boots just the 2 usb2 ports above the PS2 port. Just a bit of info in case it matters I am using the MacPro7,1 Smbios as I want to use multiple GPU.

Ok so progress report I was finally able to install Monterey using the advise of plugging the usb into a usb 2 port. Now comes the hard part of trying to get the wireless to work then once all is good I will copy the EFI to the machine. Thank you so far.
Ok thanks for your replies so far I have tried using a Gaming X EFI folder with different serial numbers etc and it seems to panic after failing to create AppleUSBHost PORTsays persistent enumeration failures then I get a garbled screen with the prohibited sign in the middle.
