The original downloads folder is still on Yosemite, I just use a downloads folder on MacStorage to keep the SSD free for the OS and Applications and such things. Clean install is the only way? I have backups, could I do a clean install then recover from a backup to recover my applications and...
No audio devices. Ran CloverALC.
My build is Yosemite 10.10.5 on a computer held in a Corsair 500R that is running on an Intel i7 4790k with 16GB of Crucial Ballistix Tactical RAM on a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK motherboard and all graphics are handled by my Gigabyte GTX 960 Windforce 2GB...
I've mounted EFI partition from Yosemite, which is my SSD. The only other two options are my slave (storage) drive and my backup drive. Where I'm probably getting confused (see clover-configs below) is there are a TON of different files. I've attached the EFI folder where the config is found in...
I ran the install for the Realtek Driver (multibeast.jpg attached), and restarted, but still no audio. I've attached the (I believe) necessary files. Thanks for your time!

I attached my EFI directory compressed, that should show my config.plist and kexts installed. I'm on 10.10.5. Not sure what else is needed as the old information is useless apparently.
I have installed clover on the SSD successfully now, and currently have the same problems as before in terms of audio, but now the USB is not necessary to boot. What am I missing? My original post with all the details can be found here.
Your instructions were perfect! Very simple, so much so that I feel like I should have figured that out. Thanks much!
My audio is the only thing that really needs to be fixed now. That might need to be another forum area though. The audio should be ALC1150 based on my motherboard, but...
Howdy all,
The Short:
I have a clover USB that boots Yosemite 10.10.5 (from the SSD), but I can't boot only from the SSD. I have to have the USB.
The Long:
I'm afraid I've gotten myself confused and cannot figure this out. I have a USB with clover on it, and have been using it to boot with (my...
