Thinking about updating to WhatEverGreen.
I have these 3 ACPI renames:
I understand I need to get rid of the GFX0 to IGPU and HECI to IMEI, but what about PEGP? I don't think it's the same as PEG0 so I wanted to make sure before I moved forward.
Working for 2+ years hackintosh.
ASUS ROG Strix z370-e
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC
I have 2 hackintosh partitions, and 1 Windows. All are on separate drives. 1 Hack is on NVME, other 2 partitions are on SSD.
So the NVME (10.13.4) hack gets hung up now on this error when booting in...
As I mentioned, I created the EFI partition on the windows drive after installing windows, as I thought I could mount it with clover and transfer the EFI from the osx drive over and then get rid of the Microsoft folder on there. I guess since the partition order matters, I'm unable to mount the...
Don't know how to delete my post but I was able to map the USB ports manually with rehabman's guides, and tools from another thread. Created an SSDT-UIAC-ALL.dsl & SSDT-USBX.aml according to my mappings, and that worked.
I was able to get USB up and running again. I followed a few of rehabman's guides and manually mapped the ports and turns out the 15 port limit was the issue. Weird because that never happened before windows install.
Here is msinfo32:
Ok can't believe I'm getting stuck on this, but I'm port mapping right now. I found that the port my keyboard/mouse is plugged into HS03. When I try this step with these bootflags:

Dual booted windows to a different SSD and now USB devices aren't getting power on the hackintosh side. I would like to point out that i didn't unplug my OSX NVME SSD and the Windows EFI...

Thanks for your responses Going Bald, and dedication to this thread. It's really appreciated!
On the OSX side, my OSX boot drive is disk0 which has both OSX EFI and Microsoft on it.
On the windows...
Ok so working Hackintosh, have been on 10.13.4 for about 2 years no with no problems. Working wifi, bluetooth, handoff, usb 3.0.
I installed Windows 10 on a fresh SSD last night and got Windows working fine.
However, I noticed a few things wrong now on the Mac side, USB 3.0 seems to be broken...
Hey! Actually yes, so what I did was swap out every single component of the build with a friend who was nice enough to lend me his build. Turns out it was a bad power supply...in less than a few months! Seems crazy.
So far it has been really stable for the last 2 months. It has had 1 kernel...
So i got Rember and ran the tests on both RAM sticks and it failed! I ran it again on just one, it failed. the other one succeeded. So for now - seems like that was the issue; will keep testing and seeing if the crashes persist with just the good stick.
