Look at the very first comment of the I2C patch you are applying.

So, not necessary for your device. You should only need VoodooI2C with VoodooI2CAtmelMXT satellite kext.
Somewhat works on 7260 but the laptop crashed after a few minutes. Pinged some local devices in terminal then tried to load up a speed test in Safari but couldn't get that far.
Well after having this problem for a couple of weeks I solved it an hour after posting about it.
Setting CustomLogo to No under Boot in Clover Configurator clears the problem right up.

One question though, why did you decide to check the "Asus AICPUPM" box if you're on a Gigabyte board?
This might sound obvious but have you tried using other video inputs? I wouldn't be surprised if the 3.5mm audio jack isn't designed to work with the HDMI. Or is HDMI the only input? If it is, I'd say it's safe to say it's a problem with the monitor since headphones work fine.
