Mac OSX 10.12 with X99 Broadwell-E family and Haswell-E family

OK - seem to have everything running now EXCEPT all of my rear USB3.0 ports! Bluetooth, wifi, ethernet, graphics etc. all work great. So what's the deal with the USB ports? Attached is my EFI and a screen shot of my USB info... thoughts, anyone?

YUP that EFI worked! What do you figure got it up this time? Got Sierra installed. Now for post-install questions... a little confused as to all my options here and how to go about doing them. Notes: Your EFI-FINAL didn't boot my system. If I install your new EFI to my boot drive, it boots up...

Mac OSX 10.12 with X99 Broadwell-E family and Haswell-E family

Appreciate it! I'm pretty sure your stick will work... I'm so perplexed as to why mine doesn't!! I wonder if there's an alternate method I could use for the install... install on a real Mac first, or a legacy method...

Also tried - Setting Intel XHCI mode to Enabled (instead of Smart Auto, as I read the reboot on mbinit could be USB related) CPUS=1 clover switch updating Clover on USB stick to latest version (3899)

Still stuck. I've tried the following, in this order: Updated BIOS to latest (3402, was previously on 3301) & then use Optimized Defaults w/changes as suggested by you disable Bluetooth, WIFI, and Ethernet controllers remove all external peripherals remove all PCI-E devices except GPU disable...

Mac OSX 10.12 with X99 Broadwell-E family and Haswell-E family

I'll give that a shot, plus disabling other unneeded peripherals (wifi, LAN, etc.), removing all PCI-E cards, and unplugging all unneeded peripherals and report back. With 10.10. I needed AppleACPIPlatform.kext and IOPCIFamily.kext rollback kexts to avoid this reboot. I assume those aren't...

Mac OSX 10.12 with X99 Broadwell-E family and Haswell-E family

Could it be that you're on an X99 U3.1 board, and I'm just on the older X99 Deluxe? Or perhaps that my install was with 10.12.1?

Hey all, I have a perplexing problem! I've got the X99 Deluxe with a 5960x and EVGA Titan 6GB and got it working (with ThunderboltEX II!!) on 10.10.5 with the modified OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi - everything works beautifully and I'm so happy to finally have it running. I'm hitting an...

ASUS ThunderboltEX II PCIe Expansion Card - Testing Thread

Hi! I just installed my ThunderboltEX II Dual. I'm running 10.9.5 on an Asus X99-Deluxe and a 5960x. I made sure to switch to Legacy mode in the BIOS & 'activated' the card in Windows, which recognizes it & devices plugged into it. No matter which slot I install the card into, I get the...
