You need to use ALC887 audio driver from multibeast to enable sound.

I think the only way, would be a clean install of Mavericks, and then when going through the setup process, it should offer to transfer settings and files. If you select this, you should be able to select time machine as the source, and restore that way. much easier though, is to use a spare...

No kexts needed, and I only added GraphicsEnabler=No and IGPEnabler=No (to disable onboard graphics) to the boot flags, everything else is standard stuff

The GT610 works natively, needs no modifications / kexts. I use the same card and have no issues with it at all

When you say the screen goes black, is it going into standby mode, if so, try adding IGPEnabler=No to you boot flags.

I used to get that under mavericks, try switching to the E2200 kext from multibeast, see if that is any better for you, worked for me :thumbup:

Have you tried with the kext from this thread, and the following boot flags -gux_defer_usb2 -gux_no_idle i have found these two give me the most reliable and consistent function on usb.
