A friend of mine recently got a hold of a 2008 17" Macbook Pro. The HDD on it was shot to crap, so he yanked an older SSD he had lying around and out that into it.
The SSD has an install of Windows 10 and that boots and functions just fine. However, since the drive isn't an Apple drive and...
Hey guys!
I seem to be having an issue on iCloud.com with removing devices from my iCloud account.
I recently upgraded from a Hackintosh, to a 5K Retina iMac. I'm trying to remove said Hackintosh from my account though...and it won't remove.
Everything else I can delete, but not that one. It...
Replacing everything within EFi>Clover from the USB install drives seems to have done the trick. The drive now boots without the aid of the USB.
Now onto these iCloud issues...
Ok. Right now replacing everything within EFi>Clover
Clover Config seems to be detected multiple config.plist's in multiple locations on the USB. Is that normal? And, if yes, which one is the main config? The first one in Clover I'm guessing?
Ok so I got through the installer. Have it installed. Followed the rest of the steps too. However I can't boot into the drive without first using the install USB.
When I do, I get a panic and my system resets again and again.
When I use the install USB to boot in, everything is fine.

Here are videos of the panics I'm getting.

When installing and boot flagging via Clover, I cab only get as far as a black screen with a white Apple logo. After that, everything panics out and my system restarts.
I installed El Capitan using Legacy mode with UniBeast. BIOS is the same and hasn't/doesn't need to change.
When Clover comes...
Ok now I really need some help...
I'm able to get into the install using:
npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=0
However upon booting into the desktop, my CPU temp is at 90 and I have no idea why.
It keeps shutting down on me when I do anything but let it sit there.
WHAT IS GOING ON!?
Seems like PCIRootUID=1 was giving me the issue. I changed it to 0 and can now get into the install seen again. Doing another install over my previous install (to hopefully wipe any bad settings out) and gonna try the same kernel string to HOPEFULLY boot into the drive.
Now I seem to be getting errors no matter what I do.
Booting into safe mode gives me the message that mach_kernel can't be found and takes me back to the Chameleon boot screen. And everything else takes me to an Apple booting screen that fails 25% through and semi-resets my machine.
My build info is in my signature below...
Installed Yosemite and and using MultiBeast, I reset the computer and waited for it to boot. Well I'm presented with an Apple Logo with a loading type of bar underneath. Once the bar gets under the Apple Logo, the screen displays a white square with a...
Not that I don't appreciate your help, but please read everything in someones post before responding. I've clearly listed all boot flags I've tried so far. That was clearly there.
