@jbarnette thank you mate for the EFI and other files, I don't know did you managed to fix an issue with top the ports. Please try to use these patches and let me know if it works for you.

@PeteZimbi 1) Use HDMI instead of DP 2) Try to use NVME driver which I attached here and put it into drivers folder with the EFI that didn't work

Try to disable IGPU and use GPU only via HDMI or DP and remove unnecessary kexts

@aerial64 no problemo :) I think having smbios which we are using and running IGPU is causing an issue, but anyway I'm not using IGPU

to avoid green or black screen you should install beta or final release of 10.15.2 (19C57) which is released just today attached are EFI which I am using now

try to use iMacPro1,1 smbios which I'm using now

Still testing this, have not noticed any freezes, for now, need some more time. By the way, I updated to beta 4, works ok

@nch107 Oh, I just now had a terrible freezing issue, and even after the restart, it was not helping at all, so I jumped from DP to HDMI, and it stopped freezing. I removed whatevergreen.kext as well let's see how it's going to work.
