Yep, it's defenitely Unibeast 7 that can't recognize the Clover bootloader on the hard disk. Unibeast 6 worked. @tonymacx86 Please fix Unibeast 7.

I found out, what the problem is: It's definitely Unibeast 7. After installing Unibeast 6.2.0 on my USB, I was able to see the second "Clover Boot Options" button and add entries for my hard drive into the UEFI. I'm now able to boot without USB into Sierra! But of course that can't be a durable...

As I mentioned, I only have this problem with Sierra. Previously, when I was using El Capitan, I could easily add entries to UEFI and was able to boot from my hard drive without USB. Maybe the bootloader of Unibeast 7 isn't able to detect the bootloader of the hard drive. And your mobo...
