I am having some trouble with my Bluetooth, it is functional on a reboot but becomes "not available" after I wake it up from sleep. It only becomes functional after a reboot. I am able to see the Bluetooth adapter in the System Information app but in the system preferences I am unable to connect...

I used a 2011 MBP running Sierra 10.12.6
The version I am attempting to install is Sierra 10.12.6
Not sure if I am able to run those terminal commands as I am unable to fully boot into the desktop.

Ok I formatted the SSD and when I attempt to install, the same process happens. After the phase 1 completes it shuts off and I boot back into the USB only to be shown one option which when ran takes me back to phase 1.
