Sorry, I have now re-read the post and it says that the last safe version is 5122.

The guide that I posted in the original post states that the last good version is 5123. I stayed on 5122 with Catalina and have no issues.

Actually, there is a big red warning on the first page of the build instructions to avoid any clover version after 5123...

I started off by opening just Apple applications: Notes, iMessage and Calendar. All good. But then I got the freezes right away as soon that I opened the Apple TV app. Which makes me suspect that is related to my graphic card (GIGABYTE AORUS Radeon RX 580). I will do some further testing. Thanks!
