Hi, I resoved it by deleting the network.plist at system configuration, adding the right network driver with multibeast and resetting ethernet to en0. I can access the apple store with my wifi now! I hope the system will keep working flawlesly!

the only way to boot yosemite is safe mode; with flags GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x3000 -x -v already installed with boot flags, and multibeast applied! Without the boot flags going to kernel panic caller 0 error! tried too deleting applpowermanagement kext after that kernel error...
