Sucess! typing this from Ventura13.6.1. The solution was to basically start from 0, did a reset of bios and went from there and I was able to boot into the installer. Thanks for your help

I did a clone of my drive and executed the installer from macOS. The problem is that I can't complete the installation because I can't reboot, my old Monterey EFI doesn't boot or any of the new ones. Thanks for the help, I'll keep looking for things to tweak.
