how do I can I find out which I have hfs or apfs? I installed on Mac OS journaled when I run ~/Library/Logs/MultiBeast.log and the contents of /var/log/install.log it only shows me this msg: -bash: /Library/Logs/MultiBeast.log: No such file or directory

Hi i wanted to finish my hackintosh installation of 10.13.3 with postinstallation of kexts, but mb wont install anything on my hack. i tryed multiple configurations. is there anyone familiar with this problem?
