Hmmm, actually I guess I really don't need the thunderbolt. I'm going to go with your suggestion and get the GA-Z77X-UD5H. I want to hook up 3 monitors for now. will I need to put a second GT 640 in there to make that possible?

Awesome, thanks for checking it over! I think I'm gonna stick with the thunderbolt mobo just because I have an iMac and might want to pick up some thunderbolt HDDs once they become more affordable.
