Fixed by only using alcid=29 boot flag, no other fixes/patches were necessary. Thread can be marked as solved.

The problems seems to be also happening randomly. Sometimes the volume is muted on the first sleep and some times not.

With both SSDTs (v1 and v2) I have the same result. The volume gets muted on the 1st system sleep and is kept the same value on all the other attempts. I’ve installed the CodecCommander.kext and it semms to fix the input/output options disappearing. However the volume is still getting muted when the computer awakes from sleep. Do you know if this is caused by a problem in my SSDT patches (for power management)?

That's exactly what happened. Bluetooth was on the system preferences and not detecting any devices. Then, I booted into windows and, after that, rebooted to macOS and Bluetooth started working (without the kext). Better let the kext here anyway. The clue is solved now. Thank you.

So, without the kext, the firmware it's probably using came from Windows?

Now it suddenly started to work with the kext. But I don't know the difference of using it or not. And I also don't know if there's any benefits of using it or not.

I've installed Windows to test it there and it surprisingly started working on macOS. Strangely, installing this kext you recommended make Bluetooth even disappear from the system preferences, breaking Bluetooth functionality completely.

I've done some more tests/research and found out that my bluetooth isn't even working. It just shows on system preferences, but can't find any devices.

So, no workarounds to disable bluetooth and save battery (like turning macOS bluetooth module off)?
