I switched my SMBIOS to iMacPro1,1 and all problems with Apple music that I described earlier are gone. Apple music is not skipping songs anymore, I can play Lossless and Atmos, all radio shows in Apple music, stream to Airplay devices...
@CaseySJ: I'm pretty sure it's not obvious to everybody...
Yes, I'm experiencing issues since upgrading to Big Sur but lossless/atmos made it even worse (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/gigabyte-z490-vision-d-thunderbolt-3-i5-10400-amd-rx-580.298642/post-2265913). For now, I turned off lossless/atmos in the settings.
Still, a lot of tracks won't...
Update: After your question if any radio show from the paid subscription is working, I took a closer look at the problem. Apparently I have a bigger problem on the Hackintosh than I thought. I can't seem to access a lot of of the paid content. A lot of songs from Apple Music won't play if I try...
hi @taconugget :)
you have this graphics card https://videocardz.net/sapphire-radeon-rx-6900-xt-16gb-nitro-special-edition? Is your device id 0x73bf or 0x73af? Did macOS boot out of the box without spoofing the chip id?
I ask because there have been discussions here in the thread about this...
Since installing Big Sur, I'm not able to play certain radio shows under Apple Music. For example, "The Zane Lowe Show", "The Ebro Show", etc. When I click on play it tries to play it but it never starts. The cover art and timeline flicker.
Does anyone have the same problem?
I'm using OpenCore...
I live in Germany and I bought the YOUBO from Amazon US. Fast delivery and no problems at all. If you need to return something they're even paying back the customs.
@CaseySJ I got the YOUBO card today and it seems that the sleep problem is solved. :)
So neither the MQUPIN Fenvi T919 nor the Fenvi T919 directly from FenviUS worked for me. I guess it must be something about my hardware configuration OR Fenvi may have problems with the firmware on some...
Please try if you can still boot into macOS with an USB stick. If it’s possible you should be able to use a tool to mount the EFI partition and set it back up on your macOS SSD. This might cause Windows boot issues though
Maybe a little bit unusual but this should work: you can press Cmd+F5 to activate VoiceOver to be able to navigate blindly. I think to continue you have to press Ctrl+Option+Shift+Right Arrow to select the button and then Ctrl+Shift+Space to press it.
I already tried that once (and it seemed to work without any problems) but decided to keep it disabled after I reinstalled. I'm not quite sure if it's a good idea to enable it.
