I think it is intel as it is the integrated one in the ASUS TUF z390. What do I need to replace?

Hey guys, I build the same exact build as MacMan's golden build and the wifi logo does not show up. I went to network settings and there is no WiFi option. Does anyone know what I need to do in order to get the wifi to work? here's a link to my exact build...

Thank you! I completely reinstalled clover and it's still not working here is my EFI again. I'd appreciate if you looked at it again and help me figure out what's wrong.
