Ive searched here for the exact same build, but can only find SIMILAR motherboard builds saying "success". Which build is most similar? One with a Gigabyte Z790 UD AC (notice the AC rather than AX) or one with a Gigabyte Z690 UD AX (notice the 690 rather than z790) Or should I spend 20 hours...

I bought a WD Blue NVME (the bersion that does 2000 speed, not 500), and everything seems to work now.

I dont use onboard graphics, but for the ethernet issue, assuming you are using the lucy kext, the kext doenst work on its own. You have to go to network / advanced/ hardware, and change it to "custom" and choose "1000tbase" or whatever the 1000 option is, and save.

Me too. I have 2 Sandisk plus 240gb drives, and one drops as low as 3MB/s write and the other drops to 30MB/s write in AJA. They score 400-500 in windows.
