Fixed that by formatting my SSD with APFS instead of Mac OS Extended Journaled.

And I'll stay without any ethernet device? I bought USB LAN, and it works, but some programs such as AppStore need built in ethernet, now I'm receiving an error from App store "Your device or computer could not be verified."..

I already disabled serial ports and parallel port..

Ok, I disabled onboard LAN from BIOS, installed successful Sierra, but now when I'm turning on LAN in BIOS - sierra can't see any ethernet device.. It see only 2 Built-In-Serial-Port :(
